Except for Executive management and administrative assistants, Near Field's employees are typically hired on a contract basis for each job.  As the company grows, more full-time employees will be added.

Gil Hanna
CEO/President

Leading the company is Gil Hanna, who formed the company in 2003.  Gil's background goes back to 1982, when he was one of the first few transportable earth station operators in the world.  Over the years, Gil has travelled all over the globe, providing satellite communications and broadcast television engineering services for a variety of clients.
